We research your space thoroughly — existing or new construction. Strong relationships with top AV vendors and manufacturers let us find the right solution for any challenge. Product demos, manufacturer tours, and A/B testing give you a hands-on experience with the proposed system before you commit.
Design
A custom design built to your specific needs — from a simple single-line for competitive bids, to 3D and VR-capable detailed drawings for custom and experimental ideas that need a deeper analysis. We have the expertise to guide you from concept to reality.
Project Management
Successful project management starts with a seamless purchasing and vendor selection process. Simple PO or complex competitive bid — we’re there every step. We work directly with manufacturers and resellers on your behalf, develop RFP packages that clearly outline bid variance, and use our trusted relationships to secure preferred pricing.
Implementation & Training
We’re not done until you’re satisfied and confident with your new systems. Closeout punch lists so no system is left unfinished. SOPs, signage, and training materials so your IT or AV team is fully up to speed. Optional Managed Service Provider support — monthly, weekly, or day-to-day — for ongoing peace of mind.

Our Founder and Chief Design Engineer, Bryan Alexander — known by most as B.A. — has over 20 years of AV experience spanning live sound reinforcement for touring artists, Emmy nominations for TV and film audio production, being the first broadcast engineer for Netflix Studios, Dolby Certified Cinema designs, corporate AV systems, and custom home theaters for Hollywood elite.
His projects have garnered awards for innovation — but BAAV prides itself, equally, on being one of the only Black-owned audio-visual design firms in the United States.
BAAV specializes in new builds and retrofits for houses of worship, broadcast facilities, corporate conference rooms, cinemas, home theatres, auditoriums, night clubs, and lounges. Bryan has worked with great clients including Netflix, UCLA, Microsoft, Beachbody, E3, and Comic Con.
