We often start with product demos, manufacture tours, and A/B Testing to give our clients a hands-on experience with their proposed system.

Design
Next, we'll create a custom design that meets your specific needs. Whether that’s a simple single line to submit for competitive bids, or 3D and VR capable detailed drawings for custom and experimental ideas that need a more in depth analysis we have the expertise to help guide you through concept to reality.

Project Management
We understand that successful project management starts with a seamless purchasing and vendor selection process. Whether it's a simple project with a quick purchase order , or a larger, more complex project that requires a competitive bidding process, we're here to assist you every step of the way. We work closely with manufacturers and resellers on your behalf, and develop RFP packages that clearly outline bid variance and use our trusted relationships with manufacturers to secure preferred pricing to help lower cost.

Implementation & Training
At BAAV Consulting, we’re not done until you’re satisfied and confident with your new systems. As and optional part of project management process we will create a closeout punch list for your vendors to ensure no system is left unfinished, and will support you in development of SOPs, Signage, and Training materials for your new systems, making sure your IT team or AV team is fully up to speed on every detail of your new system. We can also help with staffing and setting up a “Managed Service Provider '' to provide monthly, weekly, or day to day support for your company's audio visual systems.

Our Founder and Chief Design Engineer of BAAV, Bryan Alexander (known by most as B.A), has over 20 years of AV experience that spans live sound reinforcement for touring artists, Emmy Nominations for TV and film audio production, being the first broadcast engineer for Netflix Studios, Dolby Certified Cinema designs, Corporate AV systems, and even custom home theaters for "Hollywood Elite" for their viewing pleasure.
Our projects have garnered awards for innovation, but we pride ourselves as one of the only Black Owned Audio Visual Design firms in the US.
We specialize in new builds and retrofits for Houses of Worship, Broadcast facilities, Corporate conference rooms, cinemas, home theatres, auditoriums, Night Clubs, and Lounges. Bryan has worked with great clients such as; Netflix, UCLA, Microsoft, Beachbody, E3, and Comic Con!

As an Engineering firm we have worked with clients across Hollywood building Studios, Post Suites, Conference rooms, and custom AV Brand moments for clients that include: Ryan Murphy Productions Inc, Shonda Rhimes's Shondaland Studio, The Obama's Higher Ground Production offices, and Kenya Barris's Khalabo Ink Society at Raleigh Studios. Other past clients include, Microsoft, UCLA, Netflix, Ebony Magazine, and BET.
Entertainment isn't our only focus as we know that corporate communications is what drives productivity in business. We have designed over 5k Conference rooms, with a variety of technology such as Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Webex, and Polycom for our clients across the globe, while working with top Architect firms such as Genslar, Arup, and HKS to develop over 5M sqft of AV spaces.
